Hey new guy, why you trying to restart that battle? The only thing they agreed on in this whole thread was XD’s Suck.
I love revolvers, S&W autos and 1911s. I dont find Glocks attractive or possessing of a proverbial "soul" like fine 1911s or revolvers.
I carry Glocks because they are the simplest, most dependable and affordable means of self defense by a firearm that exists today with an adequate capacity.
Nothing special about it nor is rocket science involved. It's the same reason I dont buy chi-com tools or waste my money on gold plated snap on or cornwell tools.
They work. They are the timex of firearms. More dependable than a good dog beyond affordable and simple to use. Unless or untill any of this changes I carry Glock.
