I just saw that and was surprised. They displayed an HK MP5 clone at SHOT and thought they would go with that first. An AK type pistol in 9mm doesn't do much for me.

I read on another forum the MP5 clone from them would be 2nd or 3rd quarter 2019.. maybe.. now this... THIS looks interesting.. relatively inexpensive mags.. a pretty reliable action... I might have to divert my MP5 funds to this... Need to do some research on this thing!!

To be fair, PSA did announce on forums where they are sponsors they were going on sale a few days before they did, so it doesn't surprise me they sold out quickly.
