Wow! Surprised to hear that sort of behavior from them. If I recall, i think I wasn't able to complete an order, which was expected. but to lie and string you along is straight up bull shit. Sorry to hear about that .

I'm surprised as well since I've had several good orders from them, but then again I've never had to use their customer support before. It could be that it's that third party supplier that is lying and not them; no way to tell really. Either way, their communication is terrible.
