Nice P99's Shipwreck! As far as I'm concerned, the P99 a/s 9mm fullsize is the best double stack polymer frame 9mm out there (P30 what?!) and it's a shame more people aren't familiar with them. Just curious but, have you tried the full size P99 mags in the compact with Walther's new mag sleeves? I have kind of played with the idea of doing that for a carry gun as I can't stand compact/subcompact two finger hold grips, I just have to have a full 3 finger grip or no dice.
Yes, I have 1 of those sleeves to use the fullsize mag in the compact - I really don't like it. For the first mag or two, until I really force myself to stop, it seems that I end up twisting the gun a bit. My rounds go to the left.
I do not have that problem with the fullsize.
If I wanna use the fullsize mags, I prefer to just use the mag and no sleeve.
I've had 1 of those mag sleeves since they very 1st came out (I ordered it from Germany). I won't sell it, but I never use it.
And yea, the P99 A/S is one of the best guns out there.

Get more pictures later.
I'm still in the break-in phase, but so far after 200 rds of WW I've had no FTF's. I am however having problems with HP's (any hollow-points). I've tried all the EMP recommended brands with the same results. FTF after FTF in all three of the mags. I'm thinking a defect in the EMP Magazines, it looks like the HP will hit the feed ramp and instead of feeding up to the chamber they either jam or try to feed down. I'll post pictures to get some recommendations. I called Springfield Armory and they suggested a little more solid rounds for break-in and if I'm still having problems to ship it to them.
I've also talked to Wilson and they will be coming out with a 9 mm magazine this summer and I really like their Wilson Combat mags in my Colt Defender.
All in all after carrying a Commander sized 1911 on my hip, the EMP is almost weightless and is very easy to conceal, now if I can just get around the hollow-point problem.
