I saw this story on a Facebook post and I can't believe this guy's family has the balls to blame the homeowner

I don't think that the "Castle Doctrine" is in effect here in Las Vegas. You have to wait until intruders actually kick your door in and are in your home & threatening you BEFORE you can defend yourself.

The leaflet droppers (Door Ninjas) strike often and I just throw their stuff away. It annoys me when I see that they've stuck their crappy flyers in between the door and doorjamb so far that it lands inside on the floor. But, you're right alexrex20, that's no reason to shoot them.

The home owner WAS thinking of the children when he shot the scumbag...he didn't want the children to grow up and have to pay taxes to support the lowlife in jail with a roof over his head and 3 square meals a day
