It'll be interesting to see how many of those seats flip to Republican after this. Unfortunately, the Roe v Wade decision will skew things a bit.

Color me surprised. The likelihood of most provisions of the bill (except handing out Byrne grants) being effective is near zero except in those instances the federal government is going to zealously prosecute a case.
