You figure out austin aint real America yet? No different than your prior shit hole of residence?

Well I knew that going in. But unfortunately my office is in Austin and I have to stomach dealing with lib pussies all day, but luckily I’ve had decades of experience doing that already

Curious at your experience in dealing with them?

Seems they got the upper hand. You tucked tail and ran, instead of trying to fix the problem in your own state.

Then come here, with grandiose proclamations of fighting them here! And pray tell why should we believe you have any stomach for fighting them here, when you ran from your own state because things got difficult?

    Dang. You caught me.

I spent much of my career recruiting young professionals to Texas. I wasn't in that business, but "someone had to do it".

The three three things I heard over and over were:

    "Everything hire is so BIG!"

"It is so clean around here!"

"The people in Texas are very nice."

After they had been there a while, I'd hear:

"My taxes are very low, compared."

    "Our kids' schools are great."

"I don't think I'd ever be able to go-back to where I was before."

So, Welcome to the South and to Texas !

Austin is actually pretty clean compared to SF and LA. Surprisingly so.
