Have you tried meth? Just short term until you meet your goal. No need to make it a habit.

To the OP: yes, you can.

Here are the things to cut out for 31 days:
- No Breakfast,
- No tea, sodas, milk, or processed drinks.
(ONLY DRINK WATER and *some* black coffee 6 oz max)

Here is what you MUST bring in every day:
- Drink your weight in ounces every day... you weigh 175 lbs; drink 175 oz of water. Easy right?
Note, 1 gallon is 128 ounces of water. It sounds like a lot, but you have to flush your bloodstream continually and you have 16 hours to do it thus steady your intake throughout the day. Water keeps you full, and raises your metabolism.

- Lunch @ 12 p.m.
- 2 egg whites with Iodized salt (you need the iodine, don't cut it)
- 6 oz of salmon (season as needed)
- 1/2 can of low-starch vegetables (spinach, asparagus, green beans, etc.).
*No starchy foods like pinto beans, potatoes, etc.

- Dinner @ 6 p.m. (after 6:30, you missed your window, you are not allowed to eat! You are too late. Life gives no excuses)
- 6 oz of salmon (medium filet)
- Second half of vegetables (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups of beef or chicken bullion

- Sleep 8 hours per day... Force it if you have to.

- Exercise 15 min per day
150 pushups (10 per minute) OR 105 burpees (7 per minute)

Do this EVERY DAY for a month, and watch what happens...
The first week HURTS, but stick to it and the results will speak for themselves.

ETA: I updated the number of ounces of fish. Checked the package, and each comes in 6-ounce filets.

I don't think the mods here want me to sell my precious firearms. Site takes 5 mins to load a single page when I'm logged in under my account but when I logout it loads pages instantly... Back to the real TGT I go :)
Another private pyle?

You gonna quit on us?

Where's gunny heartman when you need him.

At Fort Ord (1967) we had an obstacle just like one in the video...with one exception.

When you reached the top, maybe 50/60' high, there was a rope angled at about 45 degrees to the ground. You'd reach out, put your hands legs around the rope and climb on down.

It was fun, but like Private Pyle some guys wouldn't even make it to the top. They'd slowly and shame faced-ly step back down and it was allowed without being them yelled at...though I didn't know why?

Also, when it came to throwing 'hand grenades' a whole slew of soldiers passed and they were allowed without chastisement.

WTF?

Who wouldn't want to throw a hand grenade?

I asked our Drill Instructor if I could throw all the surplus grenades that that were passed up on...he's just grinned at me and shook his head no...

This kinda crap happened during Advanced Infantry Training and I thought when/if I go into combat, I wouldn't want any those pu****s next to me.
