My wife hates me for this (I'm about 6'2" and weigh about 160 now)! She loves ice cream but she's of German heritage and if she eats any she gains more weight than what she ate.

I don't eat as much as I use to, seeing as my favorite is Ben & Jerry's.When Blue Bell pints are cheap we get the limit.

This week I had the wife pick up some Luigi's Gelato. The mango is very good.

I love ice cream, but it has to be a rare treat around this house. The wife has no will power and she knows it. And me, if I just walk by the ice cream freezers at the store, I gain a couple of pounds.

I'll eat some once every other third blue moon.......maybe. I'll have strawberry shake once or twice a year.

Just have never been a big fan of it.

I am too cheap to buy any ice cream seeing as the 1/2 gallons tend to be a single serving for me. As opposed to my wife who can make a pint last until the Rapture. I try to explain to her that those pints are merely sample sizes and she say's something about a sensible portion and I tend to trail off.

I love the stuff but try not to buy it since that means I eat it...and I don't have the metabolism to get away with that.
