The likelihood of me making it are slim to none, but I'll vote for the first weekend of the month whether it be October or November. 2nd weekend would be the second choice. Otherwise engaged on the third and fourth weekends

Honestly, I don't intend to vote. I put in my .02 and my schedule is indifferent to the dates.

I will continue to bump the thread though. I may vote if there is a tie.

I am not voting either. My schedule is fluid so a fixed time one time may work out while the next year it will not. If I am home and there is a meet, I will be there.

They are usually pretty willing to work around us, but it's imperative to take them a date ASAP. Everything is obviously still subject to JD's approval.

I see no reason not to close early. I'm involved enough in planning and again, date makes little difference to me.
