I can't remember where I heard about them but what do you locals think of Modern Pawn? Is it worth stopping in for a look?

It's the best gun shop in town. They're usually good for a Barrett or 2 in stock. And will have a few fancy pants AR's like carbon fiber etc.

They had an aluminum bull barrel 22 a few months ago, that probably weighed 2 pounds.
They have a decent selection of production knifes. Around Msrp tho.

They're all gun guys and friendly to the FNRA chapter.

I've got a buddy the works there, but he hasn't quite got the call me when he gets a gun in from my wish list..

If you want a destination store, and are interested in NFA stuff. Check out shooters depot. They make their own suppressors... And they're dang cool.

They have this integrated suppressor system for the AR that is basically a barrel replacement with their rail that is out of this world cool.

It looks sketchy on the outside, and it's off leopard but worth it..

V-Tach (on our Forum) has a shop down there although I don't know what it's called.

    ETA: It's in Rockport.

The girls did rabbits, goats, sheep, calves, and the occasional art project.

    Good luck to your son!
