Apparently not. Texas, oh Texas... our beloved Texas. Bring this up and expect diehard Texans to try and rip you a new one. Truth is not a a defense because this is a Redneck Kangaroo Court. Those who refuse to recognize and accept that we have a long way to go to reestablish our freedoms are only slowing this state down. RECOGNIZE IT... ACCEPT IT... VOTE!!! Not having to pay income tax is great. Getting used to the sales tax took about a week.

One nice thing was no longer having to pay the music tax in Portland. They actually sent me a form to pay for 2015 but since I had not lived in Portland one day in 2015 I wrote a scathing comment on it and sent it back to them.

Well, that's the price you pay for living in PORK-land, OR. Things are way better in the southern part of OR.

Well, except that southern Oregonians little say in Salem, thus the state of Jefferson will be born, as it should be.

New Mexico is West, so thats a no. NW is Colorado. Thats going purple now. I'd say Oklahoma but thats so flat if you trip might roll all the way to the Gulf.

Nope!! It's an additional tax on top of their school tax to cover music/art programs in K-5 that the regular budget doesn't have it seems.

Actually most of the money goes to RACC, a slush fund.
