Never heard of Boston Pizza perhaps that is why . Brothers Pizza on Highway 6 and Brooklyn Pizza on 99 and west belfort si the best NY pizza around. I dont care for Chicago Style so I cant tell you where do go for that but places mentioned are Rosati's, Mazzie's Big Paulies, Big Z

Most of what I have seen as a Chicago deep dish is mostly crust. A real Chicago deep dish is layers of meat, cheese, sauce like a fruit pie but open top. They are great when hot, but cold they are more like bitting a chunk of cheese with cold pizza fillings.

Two things I miss and haven't had since I was last in Germany circa 1999. Schnitzel mit Pommes Frites and Cordon Bleu mit pommes Frites. I know there are German restaurants here in Central Texas, but not like the real thing.

What I miss most in my 3 years in Germany is the little brats at Beerfests that are grilled on a roller grill and served on a hard wheat roll with mustard. Lubricated with a litter of local beer.

And the schnitzel

Babe's Chicken House makes butter beans that tastes just like my grandma's.

Two things I haven't had in a while.

Pepperridge Farms used to make a coconut layer cake with strawberry in the middle. Would love to have that. Its been a decade probably.

Chicken Khorma from my favorite Indian joint. Will rectify that soon.
