Napolitano Says Time For Secession "Has Come"

Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News Judicial Analyst and host of Freedom Watch, says that the time for Texas secession "has come". The comment came during an interview on the Alex Jones Radio Show on October 7th.

Judge Napolitano was commenting on a recent speech given by Texas Congressman Ron Paul where he indicated that the "revolution" had already begun and that it could likely end up in the dissolution of the United States. These remarks echo those of trendcaster Gerald Celente, Russian analyst Igor Panarin and many others.

"These comments come at a time when the Texas Nationalist Movement is ramping up its efforts to build up a critical mass of active Texans to take the demand for secession to the Texas government," say President of the Texas Nationalist Movement Daniel Miller.

The Texas Nationalist Movement's participation in a recent Texas Conservative Coalition event featuring Judge Andrew Napolitano has been the buzz of political circles in Texas.

Miller went on to comment further about the event.

"They know that we are here. They know what we want. Now they have to be shown that enough of us are on the same page. Texas independence must become a reality."

The audio of Judge Napolitano's interview can be heard here:

I'm not thinking it's our BEST choice at this point, either...however, it might come down to this or something close, like maybe forming a new Govt with Oklahoma, Louisianna and NM....

Personally, when I see Great State of Texas lists of grievances addressed to the POTUS repeatedly being dismissed, it reads like our State's declaration of succession from the Union to join the Confederacy.
    Something's gotta give. And fast.

Well, you know what the Liberal Yankee left wing media will say. We are a bunch of mouth drooling, knuckle dragging, cousin marrying, bible thumping, gun nuts.

But why has it come to this? What has changed the last 2, 3, or even 4 years? WE have not changed, the State of Texas. We are the same bunch who followed the Constitution, stood for our RIGHTS, and did what we felt was best for OUR neighborhoods.

The world has changed, the country has changed, it is now filled with terrorists, hate, racism, and bedlam. Our brothers in Washington are no longer looking out for us.

We now see that we have to protect ourselves, whether it's feed ourselves or arm ourselves.

It will only get worse. Unless what happens in November makes them think a little harder about what is in store.

That is PERFECT for a signature. :D

That aside, wouldn't it be better to wait a few years to see the results of the next few elections? There is always a possibility that Washington may listen to the voters when they start losing offices in record numbers.

    Great perspective Sisco!
Now my question is, I'm not being sarcastic, naive, irrational, or any of the kneejerk emotional reactions regarding the policies of the Obama administration et al as i ask this,- can we, as true, lawabiding, patriotic Texans enumerate reasons WHY we need the Federal Government? Seriously.

Sounds like he is saying we are approaching that point. Lots of carefully picked words in that interview. I pray my kids will never see a civil war in this country....which is certainly what would happen is states tried to secede.

This perception is fueled by the number of dumb-asses yelling "Succeed" from the back of the crowd during political speeches.

Though I've never married a cousin, the rest is pretty true.

But why has it come to this? What has changed the last 2, 3, or even 4 years? WE have not changed, the State of Texas. We are the same bunch who followed the Constitution, stood for our RIGHTS, and did what we felt was best for OUR neighborhoods.

Not much different than in 1861, eh?

The world has changed, the country has changed, it is now filled with terrorists, hate, racism, and bedlam. Our brothers in Washington are no longer looking out for us.

The technology has changed, but the conditions you describe were prevalent in 1861, as well

We now see that we have to protect ourselves, whether it's feed ourselves or arm ourselves.

It will only get worse. Unless what happens in November makes them think a little harder about what is in store.

Just remember what happened when the last Liberal President from Illinois took power.

How did that work out in '94, CW? I would humbly suggest if the PUBS had done what we sent them to Foggy Bottom to do, we would not be having this conversation.

**** if I know. I was in like 7th grade, old timer.

that explains a lot...you're not old enough yet to know that's your ideas are flawed and in the REAL world have never worked.

The answer is a complete overhaul of the Fed Govt...one that is going to be a revolution, and that is ALWAYS easier to do, and to have it be EFFECTIVE, than to stand outside and throw stones and by splitting conservative vote assuring that liberals stay in power...

I'm NOT saying that the Republicans are the answer....I am saying they are ELECTABLE, and they do share some values with those of us who are truly conservative...so we elect them and then HOLD THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE to get things changed.

Had Perot of taken the offer of working WITH Bush to make the changes they both wanted, Clinton NEVER would have been elected in the first place....and we would have seen 4 more years of Bush 1, then 8 years of Perot, and would now be either in a Quayle or Bush Presidency instead of the Socialist that is in office and got there through a Felonious hoax on the American people.

Yes. Being a Libertarian means my ideas are flawed.

Yes. Being a Libertarian means my ideas are flawed.

No, it means your PROCESSES are flawed. It is MUCH easier to effect change from WITH IN a system than from OUT SIDE, and when a section of the population that basicly wants the same thing, smaller govt, more freedom, and that is about 50% of the population, and 50% want MORE govt and LESS freedom, and you have one person running for office from each side, then you have a SHOT at getting a perosn in office that you can then HOLD THIER FEET TO THE FIRE AND MAKE CHANGES....If you have TWO people runiing to represent ONE group, and ONE running to represent the other, you can be assured the "side" that only has ONE choice will be in power.

THIS is where the Libertarian's have CONSISTENTLY screwed all of us.

The only OTHER way to effect change is from the OUTSIDE, meaning we have some time of revolt...and at this point in time, that turns into ARMED and BLOODY revolt VERY quickly.

Not that any of this matters anyway....we could very well see Marshall Law before the end of the year, and that would trigger a Civil war, but not North against South this time, but drawn along racial lines, econmic lines and Socialist vs Conservative...and then there is the border to our south...
