Cheating is successfully accomplished by using a combination of every method imaginable. It is death by a thousand cuts. When caught it will never be enough to change the outcome of an election by itself but the combination of all cheating methods together are enough to elect a candidate. Ever notice that vote counting will stop with one candidate in the lead and shortly after counting starts the other candidate moves ahead and wins. The left will always label this a conspiracy theory. Somehow most everything that the left labels as such, turns out to be true.
