I'll believe it when I see it. Whataburger has previously said they don't want us open carrying rifles in their restaurants, back when OCT was at its peak publicity. But I've never seen a single Whataburger that was posted.
Buffalo Wild Wings has "no guns" signs in all their restaurants. Obviously not valid for Texas, but they are valid in other states. You can ignore their wishes here, but be careful when visiting other states.
30.06 sign required. You are correct regarding Costco contract clause: "Costco policy prohibits firearms to be brought into the warehouse, except in the case of authorized law enforcement officers."
30.06 sign required.
You don't think that counts as written notification similar to say verbiage in an employee handbook?
It doesn't matter what he, or you, or any of us thinks in that regard--it's what the Texas law specifically requires that controls. The legislature crafted 30.06 the way it did and with the specificity it requires, and that is the law when it comes to written notification. The requirements of verbal notification are not as specific. You don't think that counts as written notification similar to say verbiage in an employee handbook?
Good Morning ,
Thank you for contacting Whataburger Restaurants. We always appreciate the opportunity to hear from our guests. We do respect and support our customers’ second amendment right regarding gun ownership. However, Whataburger does not allow the open carry of guns or other firearms in the restaurants for the safety and comfort of our other customers and employees.
Once again, thank you for contacting Whataburger Restaurants, and I hope you have a great day.
Best Regards,

"guns or other firearms"? lol
Guess that means I can't drag my cannon along with me then?
Riddle me this. If Whataburger can choose to discriminate against a lawful gun owner, because it is their right to choose whom they serve, then why is it all of a sudden discrimination, national headlines and a lawsuit when a Christian baker refuses to bake a cake for a gay wedding? It is their business and goes against their religious and moral convictions. The Libtards want to have it both ways.
Well this explains why you can't CC it.
You have me on that one.Speak for yourself, I bet Michael Moore can CC and dual wield that canon.
