Working evenings/nights are horrible. My body is so used to going to bed at 4-5am I ca’t get to sleep early if I want to. Been laying in bed since 10pm, wide awake. I’ll get to sleep at some and get a few hours sleep just to be up at 7.

Of course church in the morning will have the thermostat set to freeze and I’ll sit in the pew on the verge of falling asleep the whole time.

Something’s got to give.
