You have to be careful about who you listen to right now. The "news outlets" are all "scare". The hospitals are overflowing, we are out of ventilators, flare-ups in rural communities, mass burials!!! Oh my!
Even Drudge, who is only an aggregator, has joined in. I now call them the Corona-Scare Daily.

Although it wasn't as big of hail we got hunting last year, this was the biggest hail we had gotten out where I live in the seven years I've been here.

Usually the caprock steers away the worst of storms.

Mowed, trimmed trees, got the string trimmer mower going again, emptied some brass, blew off cooking, ordered a pizza carry out and drank beer with Mrs Whistler (well I drank beer, not sure what the hell she was drinking). Good day

Good morning all. Dog walk 3.15 miles - done. OJ and wild cherry seltzer combo - finished. Coffee brewed and waiting for me to get off of my butt. The next thing you know I'll fix the dog's food, the tortoises' food and maybe even make myself breakfast - sausage patties, eggs, biscuits (slathered with lots of butter). Then again, just a slice of no sugar added cherry pie sounds nice or I could do both. Then some gun cleaning and Pandora or whatever. Sadly, as far as I know, the Dennis The Menace series is not on the flat screen on Saturdays or I'd watch that while having breakfast. On weekdays, it is my favorite show to watch, it's kind of like a second childhood thing.

Since the weather looks pretty good, I plan on getting the mowing done, weedeating, getting the smoker started late this afternoon.

See if I can find the wife into treating me to Whataburger today!

Might even crack a couple of beers this evening.
