Yep! I was in the parking lot a couple of days before, talking on the phone and there was one of the Police tower camera deals in the parking lot. I guess they removed it before the guy ran out with the pistol.
Side note, while I was sitting, talking on the phone, an officer pulled up next to the tower. I then look left of where he was parked and some broad gets out of her truck, pulls her pants around her ankles and pops a squat in between two cars. Didn't have bino's or camera.

I have limited visits up there but never thought it too wild of a place. My dad lives in Princeton next door, frequents the McKinney Academy too. Thankfully, he's an ace shot if ever faced with a need to defend himself.
