So, with the sound masking tech on US Warships, a buddy in the sub fleet reported that in the right conditions, a ship would sound like a heavy rain squall. Albeit a heavily armed rain squall. I take that and say that Texas is under siege by a real heavily armed Cat 4 rain squall! Yall try and stay safe out there!

Yep, Jeremy got his wish. He's been asking for me to make him his favorite pie of mine for awhile now. I cut all the strawberries up last night. This morning, I got up before him to work on the dough. He doesn't know I made it today. Lol

I'm much better. Still have the occasional pain, but I am now able to sleep a little on my right side. The incision looks a lot better and the swelling is gone. Unfortunately, I still have a little balance issues. I've fallen a few times already and have tripped a lot. I'll be glad when this is over. I get to see the doctor for the first time post op on Monday. September 8th is the big day. My cochlear implant will be activated for the first time. I plan to live stream it. I will be truly Bionic Woman after that. Lol
