After one year, one month and eleven days i have seen a total of "1" person outside carry. No one seemed to give three sh*ts by the looks of it. That was at West Oaks Mall.

    To All,

In over 60 days, I've seen NOBODY who was OC in San Antonio other than uniformed police/security officers. = "Much ado about nothing", imvho.

    Dear sirs and madams,

When I was a kid we kept shotguns and rifles in our vehicles at school and we managed to not have any mass shootings. Times have changed and everyone is overly sensitive about things that do not even affect them! I only carry concealed and have been for many years now, even before paying for permission to the state! Open carry only ever got me shot at. I am lucky to be here, praise the Lord always!

    Thanks kindly,
    GUNNER51

    Helotes!
I see quite a few folks open carrying when I'm in town (Kerrville, Ingram, Comfort, etc.). Maybe it's just 'cause we're up here in the sticks and it's kinda' expected??

More likely it's because there are more true Texans in the rural parts of the state. Urban areas are full of transplants/refugees/snowflakes/etc...

I sort of OC'd in Comstock, TX (or somewhere west of Del Rio) prior to 2016. I accidently unconcealed in a restaurant. Cowboy at the next table calmly asked "You mean they're lettin' motersickle riders carry guns too?":green:

We had family over this weekend so I took the fellas shooting on Sunday. I thought it might be muddy so I threw my muddy boots in the back and just drove in my Crocs and socks. They wanted to stop at Walmart so I mentioned wanting to put my boots on but my oldest said not to bother, it's only Walmart. So I OC'd in Walmart in Crocs and socks. I might end up on that website.
