I guess it's "angrier potato" then.Only reason I mentioned the pipes is because of the "louder potato" comment.

My roomate in college had an RX-7 that would outrun the cops and the radio...that rotary is no joke!Got me some new shoes. Saved 17lbs per corner and added some sticky ickys.icky. 285/30 up front and 295/30 rears 100 tread wear View attachment 220354 View attachment 220355 View attachment 220356
it was quick as a rotard but it moves out a lot better with the LS. I may or may not have buried the 180 speedo once running when it still had the spinning dorritos. My roomate in college had an RX-7 that would outrun the cops and the radio...that rotary is no joke!

I'm glad you came to your senses.reverted back the the pop up headlights
Could go solid roller like the cool kids if you want to spin it to the moon. Some of the cam profiles are pretty aggressive for daily driving. I've had to change a valve spring in the parking lot when one broke, and I was only shifting around 6600. That was a long time back, probably have better stuff now (I was running Comp XE-R lobes and 26918 springs).Thanks. It's always changing. I've since simplified the pcv/catch can set up, and reverted back the the pop up headlights after 17 years. When it cools off this fall, I'm going to yank the heads and install some limited travel lifters to control the valves better above 6800k. Should eek out every last pony on this setup.
Another scofflaw with no front plate.
You don't frame a picture very well.
