    How convenient for Hunter...

I can understand for a pot user, but does this include cocaine, crack, heroin, and meth?

Did not watch the whole video on shaving equipment, so I don't know if there was anything about the topic in it.
Unfortunately for Hunter, this decision currently only affects residents of LA, MS, and TX. Hunter lives in DE.

Tobacco is the one of the most addictive substances out there. It is illegal for those under 21 in a lot of states ( including Texas ) to possess it.
But it isn't illegal, and isn't mind altering like a major narcotic.
I've never seen, or heard of someone ODing snuff, or running around naked on the street.
Never seen someone arrested for trafficking amounts of cigars.
    Post references if you have.
Holly snit shelock, and you accuse me of being a leftist straw man.
You have the makings of a great adolescent debater.

You haven’t heard of cigarettes being trafficked? You’re joking, right?

"If a felon or addict is so dangerous as to not be allowed basic tools to defend themselves, they shouldnt be in society"

If they can't defend themselves and should be removed from society, sounds like self-correcting problem

It is illegal for people under 21. So there goes your first point. Being a boomer neocon though you will stomp, shit your depends and rant about two world wars, rather than admit you are incorrect

Point 2- simply search the term “Nicotine Poisoning” and there is tons of literature on ODing from snuff

Post by @Darqhelmet refutes your “trafficking cigars” boomer fucktardery

The sad thing is you probably vote.

ETA- as to your “it’s not mind altering “ sack of shit-https://nida.nih.gov/research-topics/parents-educators/lesson-plans/mind-matters/nicotine-tobacco-vaping#:~:text=Over%20time%2C%20the%20nicotine%20in,know%20it's%20bad%20for%20you.

You might gaf if you are at a gas station, and a meth head starts to open up on the demons he is imagining...

Should read up on how the Germans were eating meth like it was candy, when they were being chased out of russia.
They thought they were seeing the enemy coming through the snow, opened up until they exhausted all their ammo against soldiers that were not there.

But yeah, you are right on the second part of your statement.
I meant idgaf about their rights. And do you really think a meth head is going to listen to any laws, current or new?

I would argue that until a person loses a right from a court, they have a right to own a firearm as an adult.

If you have alcohol, marijuana, or other drugs in your system with a firearm, that might be a violation. If a court puts you on probation, you have to follow the rules of probation.
