I've never seen, or heard of someone ODing snuff, or running around naked on the street.

I would argue that until a person loses a right from a court, they have a right to own a firearm as an adult.

If you have alcohol, marijuana, or other drugs in your system with a firearm, that might be a violation. If a court puts you on probation, you have to follow the rules of probation.

So do non addicts. Some say the average American unwittingly commits 3 felonies a day. I think that number is high, but even if it were 3 per week or month, it is telling that there are so many laws that no one can ever know if they are on the right side of them
