    I have bought and sold guns--tractors, trucks, trailers and just stuff--for 50+ years and never signed or asked for a BOS. Bought one gun this week and sold 2. Handshake and visit a minute about guns and go home. If your britches cover your underwear, your hat is on right, look responsible, old enough to be responsible and you are driving a vehicle with Texas tags, then you are ok. Never has yet, but I might pass on a purchase or sale if required to do this crap. This is still a free countrY.

    I'm asking 1100 but I think one of my buddies at work wants it. If he doesn't take it ill post up a thread.

    For a Bushmaster?? I would take his money and run, you would be getting a heck of a good deal. Unless it's entirely decked out that is definitely a sellers price. Now if you value him as a buddy, well................................

    I have never asked for a bill of sale when selling a gun and would never disclose my personal info to an individual, non FFL, with whom I was buying a gun from.
