    Grain of salt 99'. About a year and half ago the apartments I was staying at, Temple PD shot a guy 4 doors down. Ill go to my grave saying I heard two shots. Bang bang...... Others close to the experience heard only one.

    However, eyewitness is good enough for court.

    I've not seen it here but I've been told the reason that they stuck around so long was to try and set off the pipe bombs remotely when the first responders came.

    This tactic, when used successfully, could possibly change the policy within the first responders delaying action for medical attention and possibly engagement.
