This otte gear patrol jacket has the new russian digital camouflage pattern. This is the jacket that you grab when its wet, wendy and cold outside. It's well made, durable and should last a long time with hard use.

These lighweight parkas are durable, and offer complete weather protection. The outer shell is 3-layer eVent fabric. It is waterproof, fully seam-taped, and highly breathable.

The hood is a High mobility cut that stows in the collar. It has two adjustments and is helmet compatible. All zippers are YKK water resistant zippers. The parka has Pit zips to avoid overheating and help avoid internal moisture build-up. The chest area of the jacket has two deep chest pockets located above belt line that can be accessed while wearing a ruck

First use of the otte gear patrol jacket and ht parka combination Light urban use. Ambient temp 28f. Legs, hands and cold due to improper gear.

The rest of my body and head was comfortable and warm. Can't wait to get this system out in the field and use it in the conditions it was designed for.

The outer jacket in the above video look like a clone of the Condor Summit, which can be had for $85 from Amazon. I wore mine in Japan during the worst storm Tokyo has experienced in 45 years, and while conditions were similar to those in your video, it keep me dry and reasonably warm. My only complaint is that the main zipper could be more robust, but I have had mine for a few years and have worn it all over the world, and so far it hasn't failed me yet...
