    I have had a bunch over the years. Down to one now. Its a Romanian I think. It came with an archangel stock, and I left it on there. I hated that I paid $200 for it after buying so many for $60 in the 80's and 90's.

    I remember seeing these along with M1 carbines in cardboard barrels at the guns stores for $99 maybe less last time I saw them like that I bought a brand new 870 for $99

    I had a Russian one I bought in the early nineties. I put it in a Fiber Force Dragunov style stock and put a scope on it. It was a lot of fun withn 30 round magazines. Ended up trading it and some others for a Polaris Sportsman 335 for my son.

    mine’s an old norinco. it was $79.95. i should’ve bought 5 or 6 of them.
    I bought two at $60... We were both idiots...

    At the time, I'm sure I thought I was taking advantage of a good deal.

    Similarly, I was new in Iowa City in 1985 and hadn't even got a paycheck yet, when I had a chance to buy a Rem 870 and a Mossberg 500, each for $50... Short on cash, I bought only the Rem and have kicked myself in the ass for nearly 40 years.

    I have a long history of passing on good deals...
