Read about the round before and, like most new rounds, it just doesn't offer that much more performance than what is already available.
People are already shooting 223 Remington past 1000 yards.
I hope it does well but my guess is the opposite.
Pushing a round way past its normal limits is impressive to me. That takes real skill and investment by the shooter.Some people are shooting .223 out to 1000 yards, but some people also shoot .308 out to a mile. Doesn't make either one very good at it.
