I have been wanting to try a cave-man style steak where you take a large porterhouse steak and cook it right on the coals


has anyone done that?

Been eating them like that since the 50's

A little soy sauce and McCormicks Montreal Steak seasoning (very little)....



Quick Sear, perfect medium rare. Let sit for 7 minutes... Viola... Dublin DP...

I see you got some 10-2/4, luv it but not with steak, but then you put SOY SAUCE on a steak?????

RARE! And by that I mean knock off its horns, wipe its ass and toss it on my plate. Add some salt and pepper. Fork in left hand, knife in right hand and when I'm done, it has stopped mooing!

What I don't understand it, WHY you you want it so well done? If they butchered it on a sunny day its DONE! LOL

Nothing but a cheap rumor. Horse is exported to Europe, its a high dollar meat over there. Its excellent, very lean, very healthy, none of that is Micky D's

I've few problems with eating whatever kind of meat need to survive nothing is sacred not my dog not my cat. That being said I'm going to do everything in my power not to need to eat my favorite critters.

They actually found horse meat in burgers from BK in Europe.

I'm thinking not a lot of "did ya's" are going to show up, and if so we need to turn them in.. but the "could you" list is debatable.. One of those things that for some odd reason i have knowledge about.. not.. HONESTLY .. not bragging about "Alex i'll take good cut's of human flesh for 500".. Guessing nobody but Sage is buzz'n in, but the best is the upper inner arm..
