Don't go to outback stake house and try this. Go to some place like Robert's Stake House but it's half way to San Antonio though.

Scott mentioned a place called Nick and Sam's that is here in Dallas. I'll probably wait until I can get a REALLY nice cut of meat to try it. It might be a while before I can do that though.

You're absolutely right, Chuck....and it pisses me right the **** off when a waitress pretends they do, and the chef doesn't, and they **** up my steak. I have sent back a LOT of steaks. LOL

They the asked how I wanted it. Not a good sign...

Operation Expensive Dry Aged Steak complete! Absolutely excellent!

Want to Hubble and Hudson and inspected the dry aged beef. Honed in on the bone in ribeyes.....

Also got some sausage...

A little soy sauce and McCormicks Montreal Steak seasoning (very little)....

Quick Sear, perfect medium rare. Let sit for 7 minutes... Viola... Dublin DP...
