    So, this is one gun forum without a Haiku thread. Several I visit have them. Odd ain't it.

    Haiku is a simple Japanese poem that is a snapshot in time. It consists of 17 syllables in 3 lines. 5 syllables in the first, 7 in the second and 5 in the 3rd. Rhyming punctuation and sentence structure are up to the author. There are no rules but some like to rhyme the first and last lines


    I will start with some my sleep deprived mind came up with last night. I posted in the post whore thread.



    Rittenhouse is free
    A chomo is dead you see
    That boy could be me

    And another...

    Stood for principles
    Forced to act when they attacked
    The truth set him free

    And finally....

    He took out the trash
    They lied about intentions
    Now where is his cash


    Gun folk are cultured creative and open folks. Just look at @Moonpie I'm sure he writes poetry as s much as he shoots.

    So let's see your inner Japanese poet worrior.

    Any subject will do even how dumb Haiku is.
