Wow, I need to go see my Aunt in Waco more. I did not know that. I am in Bad D so we can always go to the Mockingbird location. I got a gun but sadly no patched leather vest. The Irving location has much better views.

It became Scotty's Brewhouse, now closed. The whole company declared bankruptcy IIRC. It's not a bad location. Someone needs to tear it all down and start over.

Today I started wondering about this more. Were there lawsuits filed against the PD for going in and shooting things up? (wouldn't be surprised if there were). Were all of those lawsuits, if they existed, recently settled up so there was no longer a reason to keep all these bad guy cases on the books to support their defense?
