I'll be on the road most of tomorrow.
This OP fits the sentiment I wanted to express.
Saved me a few words I reckon.

    Thank you for your service.
    Your sacrifice.

GOD bless and keep our veterans.

A true heartfelt thanks to all that have, and continue to serve, to protect our freedoms.

For those in our government that fight so hard to restrict our freedoms, I hope you enjoy your jobs as Walmart greeters after the next election.

I'm flying US, Texas and "Come and Take It" flags between rain storms. The turds in Washington may think that my flags fly in their honor. Alan, Wally, Ray and thousands of others.......It's all for you!

Thank you for your service and may God bless you and your families!

    Helotes!
Just to note, Memorial Day is to recognize those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving their country; whereas Veteran's Day is for all those who served...

Still, not inappropriate when you consider that many who served in combat, and survived, lost a part of themselves they will never get back, be it physical or emotional...
