Stopping in to say Hello and introduce myself to the forum.
I am brand spankin new to Texas in the DFW area.
Up until now I have only visited for work or friends so everything is still very new and exciting.

Custom 3D design, product development, prototyping and fabrication is my area of expertise. Parts / Accessories for other enthusiasts and exotic armaments has been my main business for almost 15 years.
I am currently settled and looking for a decent company to call my day job as I wont be able to open for business for some time here just yet.
Looking for folks local that want to go shoot, or just want to throw some advice my way to integrate a bit faster.

    Happy to be aboard!

I think I can handle that, Tex-Mex is a new concept. Recommendations?
DFW is a large area. I'd be hard pressed to suggest anything close to the center of it.
    Abuelo's is good.
    Uncle Julio's
    On the Border
Lot's of local mom and pop restaurants that are better than any chain.

More specifically I should say, locations to visit. Mexican food I am familiar with but the fusion of Tex-Mex makes that the new part.

Abuelo's looks very good and embarrassingly enough - up until a few minutes ago, I thought "On the Boarder" was solely a chip brand if that tells you anything about the newness
I know where I am going tonight, Appreciate the recommendations!

In DFW: Desperados, Mi Cocina, Gloria's, Matt's Rancho Martinez, and on some days, Chuy's (best fajita chicken salad) and Blue Goose.

Edit to add Lupe Tortilla. Its my current favorite.

Also some good local ones depending on where you live / work.

If you like margaritas, try the "El jeffe" at Abuelos.
