    That Luger appears to be a civilian production model based off of the 1900 American Eagle Test guns and is worth between $300-$600. Now if it is an actual test gun it could be in the $2000+ range. If you can pm pics of all the markings found on the gun, including those under the grips, it could help me narrow the value range for you.
