    I don't refrigerate my beer.

Dogfish Head and most other IPA's are good at room temp.

Charcoal, if I'm in a hurry Kingsford Competition briquettes. If I'm not, B&B lump oak charcoal.

This week Bud Light, Shiner and I think there are one or two Guinness left, mostly pecan but oak or hickory if I'm out of pecan. Once in a while I'll use pear or apple with the oak.

Currently a 4-pack of Shock Top Honeycrisp Apple Wheat.

You can usually tell how stressful our jobs are by how fast a 6-pack goes. Normal is about a month. Stressful is a week.

I'm looking to get into pellet grills next year.

I have B&B Lump charcoal, hickory chunks, 2 keystone, 1 Miller lite, and 4 Newcastle. I think the keystone is the only beer I bought. Others were left in my cooler Halloween night and I should probably try them.

Im glad this thread got revived.

Can't recall what beer is in my fridge since I don't drink much. But the Wife's probably got some Coronas in the fridge. For lump charcoal I like the BGE, Cowboy, Stubbs and whatever I can pickup. Don't care for Royal. Dosen't last. Bought 10 bags of Stubbs at Costco last summer based on price and quality. Good stuff.

Apple, Pecan, Oak and Mesquite are my favorite wood.

I tried a nitro the other day at this bar here in corpus called tapology. It was pretty dang good. This one was like a pale ale, super hoppy. But the fizz was different and had a lot more of a head. If you guys are into beer and tasting beer, next time you're in Corpus stop by tapology.

Post oak mainly, some pecan. Dash of apple if I'm doing chicken. The coal I use to start the fire is what I pulled out after I was done smoking the last time.
My pallette has changed recently. I used to be a Chimay Blue over anything guy, or Unibroue three pistols. Now it is Don.de.dieu or la fin du monde. Of course there is the St Sebastian as a backup and Delirium Tremers if it is a hot day.

    And yes, those are beers.
If you find yourself in Plano, at Bavarian grill, do yourself a favor and have a Krombacher Dark. Incredible beer, even if you don't like dark beers.
