    Welcome to the club!

Today I looked at my bench. It looked back. We both backed away slowly. Maybe load some 460 and 454 I've been dragging my feet on tonight.

Heh. I had some serious cobwebs on my press when I cleaned it off yesterday.

I loaded up a bunch of different rounds all week long. 77gr 223 rds for my bolt action , 100gr - 115gr- 117gr rds for my 25/06, 162gr rd for my 7mm-08, 165gr- 168gr- 178gr rds for my 308. Plus prepped several hundred other cases.
Since the weather has been really nice, I've been spending time everyday out in the shop reloading, working on guns, shooting at the range, etc..

I finally used my new tumbler on 20 to 25 pieces of brass for 300blk. I need a media separator. Pulling the brass out by hand is fir the birds

    What!

What kind of bullets did you order?
I assumed you we're ordering the out of stock backordered projectiles.

My 9mm projectiles took 8 weeks, but I stock items were not so bad.

Yes sir you are correct, what I received was .308 and .224. The 9mm are still back-ordered.

Going through my junk and found 60 308 Win cases I got from another TGT member a while back and started thinking I should get some stuff together and load them. I looked up 308 loads in the Hornady manual and saw loads using Varget and I just some Varget in trade from another member recently. So I've been looking online for bullets in the 150 gr range but haven't decided yet.

This morning I decided to get the cases ready and went to the garage to get some case lube and saw a box I didn't recognize. I checked it out and inside were 147 gr FMJ BTSP 30 cal bullets that I had forgotten about. A friend and I had gone halvezies on a bulk purchase of 1000 pulled bullets over 30 yrs ago and I had never used any of them. Serendipity.

Sized the cases and cleaned but didn't polish them and dried them in the oven on a cookie sheet. Loaded them and will shoot them in a Siaga 308.

yesterday I sized and and primed about 150 .30 M1 Carbine rounds, as I enjoy shooting my 1942 Inland CArbine and Old Model Ruger Blackhawk, even though I mostly shoot FMJ thru the Inland Carbine, I try to keep a couple of hundred rounds of RN soft point ammo since some ranges don't allow FMJ ammo and Friday received an in stock notice that Midway had bulk pack Speer 110 gr Round Nose Soft Points in stock, I ordered a 500 count box, should have by THE BULLETS BY tHURSDAY

I got lucky, I received my XL 750 that I ordered on oct-20th. 19 days beats the hell out of 10 to 12 weeks. now i can get busy.
great choice, I have the XL650, it has been a good press over years and thousands of rounds, make sure you watch all of the Dillon set up videos
they offer a lot of helpful hints

Prepped a bunch of 25/06 & 308 brass that I tumbled last week. Bought some processed 40 S&W brass and 200gr coated lead bullets to make some sub-sonic rounds for both of my 40 S&W carbine's to use with my suppressor.

I've been wanting to load these bullets for a while but didn't have any empty cases. These are Lee 357 SWCHP Gas Check bullets I had cast a few years ago. They are sized to 358 and lubed with Lee Liquid Alox which makes them look fugly. With the gas check they weigh 150 gr.

I have 1000+ 357 loaded cartridges loaded with very light loads I did for CAS (With 158 gr RNFP bullets) So, I decided to deconstruct some and use the cases for the HP bullets. I used a kinetic bullet puller so I could save the pulled bullets. I backed the sizing die out enough to not touch the primers and loaded 100 of them. I might do more tomorrow.

These are their non-hollowpoint brothers. I use them without gas checks at 38 Special and 38 +p velocities.
