Waiting on a set of new dies and another trip to the range and pick up some 30-30 brass and turn them into 7-30 waters.

I hate brass prep. Hate it. Reaming pockets is the worst part. But I figure if I can do 25-50 a day it'll only take me a month to work through the batch of x39 brass I'm working on. Gonna have to order a brass catcher, too.

Shot my ladder test for my 6.5 CM rounds. Had one with a .448 spread. Gonna use that one.

I received my Lee Deluxe 38 Special die set today (ordered from Amazon of all places). Everyone else was out of stock.

I loaded 150 rounds of 223 with pulled bullets. As in, pulled, scraped, marked up AND tarnished!

And I wondered if Linotype is too hard to cast boolits from.

I went to the Pasadena Gun Show looking for SP primers and Power Pistol powder without luck. I picked up a Lee Hand Press Kit at 10 RIng and a RCBS M500 Mechanical powder scale today at Cabela.s to go with the 38 Special dies I received yesterday. Processing brass lots faster WITHOUT a hammer now. Wife happy now.

Priming machine. Got it feeding components today. It isn't black oxide but it is better than rust.






Have to post a video when it is running full speed.
