Got a new .44 yesterday. I figured lil brother needed company. 629 stealth hunter. Shot a few rounds at 25 yds to adjust the poi, then tried it at 100 yds. I was surprised to see all 6 on paper. 3 were almost touching. I'm pleased! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1457836410.340932.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1457836419.908394.jpg

Patience is a virtue, I read somewhere.

    Been wanting a SIG516 5.56 rifle.
The 4 position gas piston valve on it is a joy suppressed. Has a dedicated suppressor low-gas and an Off position making it bolt-gun-like.

Guy walking the gun show with a 99% black SIG516 asking 1,500 which is high retail. He scoffed at my 1,100 cash offer. More than the dealers offered him.

Next day, different guy, as-new 100% FDE(better to me) SIG516 asking 1,000 and took the $900 I offered.

I'd have been suspicious it was stolen or something except that he walked me to his car, showed me his CHL and original $1,500 + tax sales receipt and gave me the box, papers, original mags......

    Appears unfired.
Can't wait to get it out with my suppressor next weekend.

Nice to have big critical decisions like what optic to put on it.

    Patience pays off!

Savage model 64. Wife was looking in the case at Walmart, asked if I had rifles like any they had in it. Said I was thing about the one on rolback. She said go ahead, but no more handguns foe awhile. So I did.

She doesn't know about the pistol I plan on picking up this weekend.

Does 3 days qualify as a while?

    Does this count?

Gathering parts to build an AR9 pistol. Got the 7" barrel, 7" rail, side charging upper, iron sights, SIG brace, 80% lower & jigs, & 5 33rd Glock 18 steel lined mags in over the last few days.

A few more parts and some time in the garage with the tools and it will soon be time to assemble it.

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

Savage Mark II FV-SR, Bolt Action, .22LR

Fluted bull barrel, threaded barrel, scope rail, oversize bolt knob, AccuTrigger.

Will blend in with my 10-TR (308) and Savage 11FCNS (.243) well and augments my Remington 597 threaded 22LR.

    $226 + $5.99 shipping
