The Ameriglo work great too.
thanks a bunch! i would rather take recommendations from people on an gun enthusiast forum than the random reviews online....appreciate it
The Ameriglo work great too.
Bought some "less lethal" 12 gauge ammo from a company called "tarhunt.com"...
Figure it would make a good, first round, "get off my lawn" encouragement.
Hope to never need it, and considering where we are in the country, probably never will.
Basically rubber slugs (visit their website, better than I can explain).Bean bag rounds? What exactly are less lethal?
Used Daniel's defense 1" fleshlight mount (for a tight fit) and a Midwest industries ar15 drop in quad rail
If you're going to do that trigger skit swap yourself, get some small wooden dowels too. You'll need them to hold down the lever arm on the springs without marring them with tool marks. This n' that...
Bought a Grace 21 pc punch set. Looked at Brownells and they were getting horrible reviews on their punches. This Grace set, though not the largest offered, is pretty complete and includes starter punches. They fer sure ain't cheap at $123.00 for this set. I saw'em later on eBay for $118.00. They also have an even more complete kit. I think that one came it at ~$180.00.

Thanks! Yeah, the 8 weeks to get it in the shop added to the 10 week turnaround time nudged me in to giving it a try. What diameter wood dowels am I looking for?If you're going to do that trigger skit swap yourself, get some small wooden dowels too. Something like these are pretty useful. Qtipnfor cleaning, the dowel is good for gentle force on parts without tool marks. Thanks! Yeah, the 8 weeks to get it in the shop added to the 10 week turnaround time nudged me in to giving it a try. What diameter wood dowels am I looking for?
