Yesterday, I bought a second Uplula mag loader to keep in my truck with my electronic earpro. On the days when my range does free rentals, I won't have to bring my range bag. And the range keeps losing their Uplula....
Today I bought the 28 inch barrel for my maverick 88 security 12 gauge.
So now I have the 18.5 inch barrel and the long one with the choke.
Only cost me 150$ didn’t see a point in buying a second shotgun, this one is nicely broke in and operates the way I like. It also takes up less space to just have a second barrel.
I got the final parts for my M&P 15-22 extreme makeover. Well almost, the CMC trigger is delayed by the weather but I don't need it right now and I have what I need to start on this thing.
I'm going to try and eliminate any play between the upper and lower receiver by shimming it. I've got some carbon fiber sheet and bonding agent, curious to see if it makes a difference. I also got an accu-wedge for the lower receiver to make that a tighter fit as well, it will likely need some trimming as the M&P 15-22 lower isn't the same as a standard AR. Lots of Cerakote to shoot on this project so I got supplied up there with blasting media, stencils, Cerakote Graphite Black, and Regulation O.D., I also have some KG Gun Kote light grays to try. Probably do a black/gray camo with some O.D. thrown in.
This is the only ambi safety I've found for the M&P 15-22, a standard AR safety is incompatible due to how wide the lower is on the M&P 15-22. Also got a nice sling for it, the camo one I had on there before wasn't cutting it for me.
Also picked up some Weapon Works custom Cerakote PMAGS. They do some of the best Cerakote work I've ever seen, I mean it looks industrial, not amateur. You can buy new guns or receiver sets from them with custom Cerakote already applied or even custom work. I haven't seen anyone else that offers this service.
