    I meal prep every day - breakfast is a protein shake. Post workout meal is your meat of choice with broccoli sweet potatoes and scrambled eggs in a bowl all stirred up. Followed by a kodiak pancake - then two kodiak waffles for dinner. Can't go wrong with a protein - carb & veggies on the side. Lean and mean
