My taste in food has evolved like my taste for women. Very low cull factor. I found that many things work well outside of the usual convention. Ham and cheese with a banana? Yes, yes. Mmmmmmm.

I put a brisket on & slept when I should have been awake. No smoke ring, tender but dry flat. I thing the rest will be fine enough. I'm going to finish this beer I opened h ons ago, load my ARTICwith water for bed side & go to bed.
