As another commented jury nullification would likely be the order of the day. Of course the accused would be out time, arrest, money for lawyer etc etc. Better to not have been arrested in first place. And that might well be the case just now.

Good news from the Four Boxes Diner YouTube channel. A federal judge in NY has enjoined the state [Oct 2022] from enforcing part of the law prohibiting guns in place of worship with a temporary restraining order. More news later
Here is more from Four Boxes Diner about the federal judge in western district of NY on his ruling. Bodes well for more of NY's latest anti-2A laws to be defeated. The attachment is the area of NY that is affected by the judge's ruling.

"Federal Judge Sinatra in Buffalo declares New York's ban on guns in places of worship to be unconstitutional under the Second Amendment. No Founding era historical analogue justified declaring places of worship to be gun free zones."

Its getting even better in NY state...sort of. As reported in another Four Boxes Diner video this expands the injunction issued earlier by the Western District Judge explained above.

"US District Court Judge Glenn Suddaby has issued a preliminary injunction enjoining much of New York's new gun control law, which was intended to make it harder to conceal carry a gun in New York. 180 page decision declared gun bans in churches, bars, zoos, theaters and the like to be unconstitutional while the decision also struck down a number of requirements to satisfy to get a conceal carry permit in the first instance."

See map attached. Things are looking better in court to knock down NY's very bad concealed carry permit law. Still tough to get a permit compared to TX with our constitutional carry and LTC laws. Its going to take years in the courts to for New Yorkers get 2A rights back. Better shortcut would be to elect more conservatives state-wide starting today Nov 8th.

When I start making decisions on whether I will be jailed or not for what I do is the day America died.
If that's the case, then it was a long, LONG time ago. Also, I agree, BUT she's not dead, she's just barely breathing. Sadly, seems more and more Americans care less and less about CPR.
