I just called Jim, there is some on the way you house as I type, don't worry they are just medical personnel and they are bringing a jacket with them for you to wear and then taking to a nice place, kinda like a resort, you will love it, the walls are made of rubber so you don't hurt yourself.

Nice knowing you, have a great time there and HOPE the treatment works...

Have you guys tried Pendleton Let'er Buck?

I had some for the first time last week and wow, I was impressed. It had really smooth flavor and a great release neat. I bought a bottle this weekend and I have been enjoying it more than my go-to Makers Mark.

I’ve had other Pendleton, but not this one.

    In the woods...
I like Johnny Walker Red the most. I don't care for the black label.

I also like a good Canadian.

Either way, it's straight whisky with 2 cubes of ice.

Been a tough evening - let the cat out of the new house this morning - the cat kept going and I got tired of looking for it after 10 mins.

So, I’m the goat the rib and both girls are pissed at...

Woodford’s not helping...but it’s sure not hurting, either.

Working on a bottle of TX now. I was big on Tin Cup as it is a couple dollars cheaper. The TX is more like the batch from a couple years ago. It is smooth with a hint of vanilla.

Put 3 or 4 cubes of ice in a cup. Top off with a couple fingers worth of whiskey. Wait until the ice melts and leaves a little foam ring around the glass. Better then a whiskey water as it is slightly colder. It also slows down the sipping.

I couldn't think of a better way to spend a rainy day while watching movies with my boys.

Just shot off a note of a good friend from Ky, asked if he could find me a bottle!!!
Could be difficult. I think they started putting them out for sale in June (or maybe July) and the first batch of this fourteen year old Bourbon was going to be limited to one thousand bottles (from what I gleaned). Might still be a few around on store shelves but it’ll probably take a good deal of luck as much as anything to locate one! Good luck!

If you’re not a fan of Junior, you guys can skip ahead to about the 2:50 mark. (click on the Family Traditions title)
