I have the 4095 carbine (.40 SW). I've only put a little over 300 rounds through it but haven't had a single failure. 300 of that was FMJ and 40 rounds of self defense ammo. The accuracy is pretty decent but it is heavy, ugly and has cheap plastic Weaver rails. I replaced the top rail with an aluminum one and added a folding forward grip and light to the lower one. The takedown is a bit clunky as you need to use a special tool (provided), but otherwise I've had no problems cleaning it. The forward grip came with a spare of the special tool contained inside it. I've considered getting a 10mm version.
