First he talked about many that have died in the US could have been saved have they used medication that was showing to be helpful. I'm sure you can figure out which medications without having to name them all.

Next, had there not been many working against Trump (Fauci and others), the closing of schools, and businesses that Trump fought against, there wouldn't have come to catastrophic results. They knew that this sickness only effected a small portion in deaths. Also, the vaccine that was approved isn't even on the market yet, it's a trick, they are lying to the public in hopes to vaccinating people who don't need the vaccine. He says to ask for the vaccine that has been approved, you won't get it, you have to take the one they provide. He talks a lot more on how this virus isn't really any worse than a bad flu season, but in the way they are treating it has made it worse than it is.

With ~ only half of the population vaccinated can companies really afford to mandate vaccination? Or are they just thinking employees will comply for fear of losing their job?

The companies firing people will regret it in the long run. Their sanctimonious approach will bite them.

Hi y'all, been a long time reader, but just joined up to join in. I've got two things to add.

First one is a general question. Some of you all are talking about using the religious exemption for the vaccine. I'm wondering what that would be. I don't know of many that actually call out vaccines and some of those are just against ones that use fetal tissue. I'd expect that the HR person would ask more questions if you just said 'religions reason'.

The 2nd is just to say that the 'covid pill' that was talked about before is just a treatment pill for mild covid cases. Kinda like how Monoclonal is a treatment for severe cases, these would be for the run of the mill 'oh I feel kinda crappy with covid today, better take my covid pill so I can get better faster'. Just something that people could take if they get sick. Not something you take every year for the rest of your life to keep a viral load down (like they have for HIV).

Reading this thread and it blew up. Only natural. I’ll say this to the pro vaccine folks: if you can post what’s in it and why it’s not linked to neurological problems, I’ll get one.

Covid is a trojan horse. Writing is on the wall. Like shit on the special needs class bathroom wall. Yet so many people walk into that bathroom: “nothing to see! Totally normal”!

I’m an HR guy and here’s the HR answer to that.

How to Handle an Employee's Request for a Medical or Religious Accommodation to a Vaccine Requirement

Understand how to evaluate and respond to an employee's request for reasonable accommodation to be exempt from vaccination requirements.

Realize that the employer gets to determine if your request is a reasonable exemption and if there are alternative methods you can use. I would suggest reviewing your companies existing policies/employee handbook to see if a process is already addressed.

We received an e-mail from company HQ about two months ago that basically said, while vaccination is not mandatory at this point it could be in the future. They also sent out a survey on our vaccination status. This survey asked for our first and last names and we were told it was mandatory to reply. Seems like a pressure tactic to me. Anyway, it was then that I decided to get the jab. I was in Walmart one day and just thought I would inquire about it, they gave me the first injection of Moderna on the spot. Just got the last dose on Monday. Honestly, I didn't want the vaccination as I'm pretty sure I've already had covid, just decided to get it over with and not get into some kind of confrontation with HR over this crap. I don't think it would cast a good light on me to be arguing with them over this. I've been with my company for over twenty years and I just can't see giving up my pay and benefits to start over again someplace else. I've got it pretty cushy working in infrastructure IT, plus I can't give up four day work weeks and working from home, I've become spoiled. For me it just isn't worth the argument, you'll have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself and then call it the way you see it.

Shitty isn’t it? I can’t speak poorly of people who are put in that situation. If you can’t find another job or the government mandates that’s bad news. I’m not going to get it. I will fight until the end.

If y’all haven’t researched what’s in these vaccines, you need to. People can die from a flu shot, but a lot of folks, abnormally high rate, are getting killed from covid vaccines. The main component is linked to prion disease. A blanket term for many neurological problems. Why are politicians and bill gates so invested in it? These aren’t conspiracy theories.

I am not the one posting death and doom, you are. Then when I ask for sources you can't back them up. I don't trust anything the government says but in reality, the only source we have for death statistics is the government. Let the poster of this post make his own decision, which is what he will have to do no matter what. I don't think graphene is going to make or break it.
