    Out here by the lake!
Been working on a big pot of poverty. All the backbones from all the yardbirds that I have cooked over the year and the smoked turkey carcass boiled down for soup. Celery, carrots, corn, onions, peas. Waiting on my water for the egg noodles.

The dog got a good amount of chicken skin.

I use to use way more garlic while younger. Now things like garlic & onions gas me up in a big way. When you start keeping GasX or a simular product on hand then you will understand.
I almost can't cook without garlic. I do prefer fresh garlic cloves because they are much more powerful in their flavor so not as much is needed to get the garlic flavor.
