Mind out of gutter LOL. I specified daughters because mine (who at 14 can out shoot most grown men) may come want to come along.

Of course sons are welcome also. I believe that shooting should be a family activity so I should have said 'families'.

Good. For a minute there, reading thru the thread, I thought you and I would have to sit in the corner separated from the guys, lol.

wimp. I am having hernia surgery that day and I will be there.

My wife can be more painful than surgey. I assure you.

I hope that someone is driving you. I had the hernia operation and sitting long periods of time was uncomfortable. Reclining was the best position with laying down the second best. The anesthesia generally puts me out of commission for a while after surgery. I was up and around again in 3 days and back at the gym within a week. I was slow but i was there.

Good luck with the surgery. I'll say an extra prayer for ya.

When we're ready for the West side meet, I talked to my burger guy and he's cool with us taking over the place for a meal. Probably fit 12 guys inside and 6 or so outside if not more.

Yeah, for the next meetup! Dave over at The Shack off 377 is very cool and firearm friendly. I'm planning on moving out into the country but if you're ever down for a range visit over the next few weekends let me know. I have a private range in Poolville I go to. No range fees unless you're shooting trap or skeet.

That is the plan. First it was going to be over at 2, now they say 4, I do plan on making it even if someone has to drive me. If the meds haven't worn off, it may be in my best interest to stay home, lol. Thank you for the prayer.

QUICK UPDATE: It looks like we are going to have a really good turnout on the 8th but I wasn't able to get enough RSVPs to get the banquet room because they look to sell a certain amount of food in exchange for reserving it. I called and talked to the manager again and explained my predicament of being unable to get an accurate head count. He is going to let us just order what we want individually as we arrive and is still going to reserve the banquet room for us.

We're still meeting at 6:00

Friday, February 8 at Rudy's BBQ in Allen.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.
