Crockpot full of Pinto beans will finish tonight and tomorrow will be cornbread making day. BTW, the pinto beans will have a few small pieces of cured country ham in there. (Just in the name of full disclosure, in case you need to know that). I’m also bringing a little Dixieland Chow Chow relish (Hot* & Mild) for the beans in case ya want to step it up a notch.

* Hot isn’t that hot to me and it does add a good flavor.
